HW Range will sponsor several NRA Courses in 2018.
NRA Basic Pistol course is taught by Certified NRA Instructors in the basics of safe gun handling and shooting. This would be a great course for those who want to learn more about handguns and proper training. If you are interested in obtaining your Concealed Handgun License, this course is highly recommended PRIOR to enrolling in a License To Carry (LTC) class!
Throughout the year, HW Range hosts the NRA sponsored seminar“Refuse To Be A Victim“. The seminar includes classroom instruction on a variety of crime prevention strategies, from criminal psychology to automobile crimes to cyber-crime. Seminars teach about common weaknesses that criminals may take advantage of, and teaches a variety of corrective measures that are practical, inexpensive, and easy to follow. Strategies include home security, carjack avoidance techniques, cyber safety, and use of personal safety devices.
